Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner have quietly deleted photos featuring Prince Harry and Meghan Markle from social media after Jenner’s star-studded 70th birthday celebration in Beverly Hills over the weekend.
Jenner initially shared an Instagram carousel from the glamorous party — held at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s $175 million mansion — which included a shot of her posing alongside the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. The image has since disappeared from the post. Kardashian also removed a photo in which she was seen smiling next to Meghan.
Harry and Meghan began their evening attending the Baby2Baby Gala, where they supported close friend Serena Williams, before making their way to Jenner’s James Bond–themed celebration. The couple arrived hand-in-hand, with Meghan in a sleek black long-sleeved top and floor-length skirt, while Harry wore a classic black tuxedo and a poppy pin in recognition of Remembrance Day.

The guest list featured some of the biggest names in entertainment and business, including Oprah Winfrey, Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Bill Gates, Paris Hilton, Tyler Perry, Ciara and Mark Zuckerberg. Beyoncé and Jay-Z reportedly managed to slip into the party without being photographed.
But the Sussexes’ appearance at the high-profile event reportedly raised eyebrows among royal insiders. One palace source, reacting to the images before they were removed, described the moment as “tacky,” adding, “It really shows how far Harry has moved from the rest of the family. While these celebrities are influential in the U.S., the display of wealth is at odds with the more restrained image Prince William is trying to project.”
Jenner’s children organized the lavish gathering to mark her milestone birthday, but the celebration drew multiple noise complaints from neighbors, prompting several visits from police throughout the night.
Neither the Kardashians nor representatives for Harry and Meghan have commented on why the photos were taken down.
