Rapper Cardi B and NFL star Stefon Diggs have reignited speculation about their relationship after appearing affectionate at a Mother’s Day event over the weekend.
The pair were seen together at the Diggs Deep Foundation Mother’s Day wellness event on Saturday, where video footage circulating on social media showed Diggs kissing Cardi B on the cheek and wrapping an arm around her waist.
The appearance quickly fuelled rumours that the couple may have rekindled their romance following reports of a split earlier this year.
For the event, Cardi B wore a brown sleeveless knit outfit paired with matching accessories, while Diggs opted for a more casual look featuring a pink hoodie and denim shorts.
Photos from the gathering also captured the pair embracing warmly, with the rapper appearing visibly cheerful as the NFL player held her close.
Representatives for both Cardi B and Diggs had not publicly commented on the nature of their relationship at the time of publication.
The latest sighting adds momentum to speculation that the duo have reunited, nearly two months after reports surfaced that they had gone their separate ways in February.
Rumours of a reconciliation first emerged in April after Diggs attended Cardi B’s Little Miss Drama Tour stop in Washington, D.C., and was later spotted at her afterparty.
The pair, who publicly confirmed their relationship in May 2025, welcomed a son together in November of the same year.
Cardi B is also mother to three children with estranged husband Offset, from whom she filed for divorce for a second time in 2024.
