Amelia Gray Hamlin is setting the record straight about her appearance.
In a candid new interview, the 24-year-old model and daughter of reality star Lisa Rinna revealed which cosmetic procedures she has — and hasn’t — undergone, offering a rare glimpse into her personal journey with beauty standards, health, and self-acceptance.
Speaking to Variety, the Victoria’s Secret model dismissed long-standing speculation about lip fillers. “I’ve always had these lips,” Hamlin said, clarifying that her current aesthetic routine includes SkinVive, which she described as a moisturizing injection rather than a traditional filler.
The Beauty actress has previously been open about having rhinoplasty, and she also revisited her complicated medical history involving breast surgeries. Hamlin has shared that she underwent a breast reduction as a teenager after developing a severe infection linked to a nipple piercing — a condition that required urgent medical attention.
Reflecting on the experience during a past episode of the Skinny Confidential: Him & Her podcast, she described it as one of the most difficult periods of her life. She later chose to have a breast augmentation but admitted to regretting the decision.
In her Variety interview, Hamlin explained that external pressures influenced her choices at the time. “I was dating someone older, and I allowed his perception of beauty to affect my decisions,” she said, adding that she hoped to correct scarring left from her earlier surgery.
The procedure, however, led to serious complications. Hamlin revealed that she woke up to results she had not agreed to and ultimately required emergency intervention. “My body couldn’t handle what was put in me,” she said, explaining that the implants caused nerve pain and restricted basic movement. The ordeal culminated in a lengthy reconstructive surgery.
Beyond cosmetic procedures, Hamlin has also spoken openly about her struggles with body image and disordered eating. In 2020, she revealed that her condition became so severe that her family staged an intervention, taking her to UCLA for treatment.

According to Hamlin, medical professionals warned her that her health was at serious risk if she continued down the same path. The moment proved to be a turning point. “I had to snap out of it,” she recalled. “I decided I wasn’t going to ruin my life because of the issues I was dealing with.”
Her takeaway has since become a message she hopes resonates with others: happiness and self-acceptance matter more than unrealistic ideals. “You don’t need to be skinny to live your best life,” she said. “It’s about choosing life and being who you are.”
Today, Hamlin appears more confident than ever. She continues to make bold fashion statements — from sheer, low-rise looks on the streets of Los Angeles to a crystal-embellished gown at a Swarovski event — embracing her body on her own terms and redefining beauty in the spotlight.
