Reality TV alum Lo Bosworth has welcomed her first child with husband Domenic “Dom” Natale, announcing the arrival of their baby girl, Nelle, in a joyful social media post.
The former Hills star shared the news on Instagram on Thursday, revealing that their daughter arrived slightly earlier than expected. “She started the year by surprising us two weeks early, but really, she was right on time,” Bosworth wrote. “Our teeny one is named for her Oma and already so loved.” She signed off the announcement as the “Natale Family.”
Alongside the message, Bosworth posted a tender photo of her newborn daughter, as well as an image of herself and Natale at the hospital following the birth. She added that she would share more details in the coming days.

Bosworth, 39, announced both her pregnancy and her marriage to Natale last summer. Sharing photos from their July wedding, she wrote at the time, “We said yes with joy. And life, with its most tender timing, said yes right back.” She later noted that their baby had already become a meaningful part of their wedding celebration.
The couple exchanged vows at Bosworth’s family home in Laguna Beach, California, with the bride wearing a short-sleeved white gown that showed her baby bump.
While the exact start of their relationship has not been made public, Natale proposed to Bosworth in January. “For you, my darling, it could only be a ‘yes,’” she wrote in her engagement announcement, praising him for his support and love.

In February, Bosworth revealed she had been diagnosed with endometriosis and underwent surgery. Her embryo transfer followed in April, after the couple pursued in vitro fertilization (IVF) together.
Speaking previously about their journey, Bosworth said they set their wedding date without knowing whether IVF would be successful. “We wanted our wedding to meet the moment of where we were at,” she explained, adding that they adjusted their plans in hopes of starting a family.
She has also shared that she began focusing on fertility before meeting Natale, undergoing several egg retrievals on her own. After they later pursued IVF together, the couple was grateful to have one healthy embryo.
