Taylor Swift is reportedly taking a highly personal approach to her upcoming wedding plans with NFL star Travis Kelce—by calling close friends herself to extend invitations.
“So she calls me up and she’s like, ‘You’re invited to my wedding,’” a source said, describing how the pop superstar has been directly reaching out to select guests.
According to TMZ, Swift is personally handling some of the calls, while members of her team are assisting with others, as the couple works to keep wedding details tightly guarded ahead of the big day. The outlet also reports that A-list invitees have been asked to keep their summer schedules open and flexible.
Swift and Kelce, both 36, have not publicly confirmed many specifics, and Page Six has reached out to Swift’s representatives for comment.

Last month, Page Six exclusively reported that the couple had sent out save-the-dates for a wedding scheduled for July 3 in New York City. Earlier reports had suggested Rhode Island as the original destination, with insiders saying in September that the pair had been planning a summer ceremony there.
However, plans appeared to shift multiple times. A source told Page Six in November that Swift and Kelce were considering moving the ceremony to a larger, more private venue that would allow for a bigger guest list, while still aiming for a highly exclusive event.
By the following month, reports resurfaced that the couple had circled back to Rhode Island, with a tentative date of June 13. Some insiders even claimed Swift went as far as paying off a couple who had already booked the venue in order to secure the date for herself and Kelce.

Since then, speculation has only intensified that the couple has ramped up efforts to keep the wedding under wraps, with shifting locations and timelines reportedly designed to avoid leaks.
If reports are accurate, Swift’s bridal party could include some of her closest friends, among them Selena Gomez and Gigi Hadid.
The Grammy-winning singer was most recently spotted in New York City on Tuesday night, where she was photographed wearing a white mini dress—an outfit that immediately sparked fresh online chatter given the ongoing wedding rumors.
