Cardi B is adding even more sparkle to her signature style.
The “Bodak Yellow” rapper recently unveiled a series of bold new dermal piercings on her neck and lower back.
The eye-catching body jewelry was captured in a video shared by New York City-based piercer Robbie Milian on December 4. “Fresh back dermal implants, and surface neck, nape piercing for @iamcardib, loving the vibe!” Milian wrote alongside the clip.
In the video, Cardi is seen getting two small, round diamond studs on the back of her neck and two larger studs on her lower back. She also received an additional dermal piercing near her left hip, adorned with a multi-diamond accessory. At one point, the rapper lets out a yelp as the silver post is carefully inserted beneath her skin.
After the session, Cardi proudly posed to showcase the new jewelry, which complements her colorful back tattoos. Milian, who has worked with a range of celebrities including Travis Barker, Noah Cyrus, and Ayesha Curry, is known for his intricate and high-profile piercings.

This isn’t Cardi’s first daring body modification. In January, she revealed a double-sided dermal piercing on her buttocks, a move she described as painless due to previous butt reduction surgery. On the “Call Her Daddy” podcast in September, she admitted she later lost the diamond-studded jewelry “down the toilet,” joking about her unique experiences with body piercings.
Over the years, Cardi has also experimented with facial piercings, including a Monroe above her lip in 2019, and she continues to sport multiple earrings along with nose and navel piercings.
At 33, Cardi B remains unafraid to push the boundaries of fashion and body art, keeping fans intrigued by her bold choices and sparkling new adornments.
