Lisa Vanderpump sparked a buzz at BravoCon 2025 after taking a cheeky swipe at Prince Harry during a Saturday panel discussion.
The moment unfolded when Bravo superfan Jerry O’Connell told the crowd that his wife, supermodel Rebecca Romijn, recently flew on the same plane as the Duke of Sussex. O’Connell joked that Romijn had been “excited” — but not nearly as thrilled as when she once found Vanderpump sitting just two rows behind her.
Vanderpump didn’t miss a beat. “Well, I’m a loyal Brit. He isn’t, right?” she quipped, drawing gasps and laughter from the audience. “Come on — you know I’m telling the truth.”
Representatives for Prince Harry did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
Harry, 41, stepped down from senior royal duties in 2020, relocating to North America with Meghan Markle, whom he married in 2018. At the time, the couple said they planned to divide their time between the UK and North America while continuing to honor their royal commitments — a plan that evolved into a permanent move to Montecito, California. They now raise their two children, Archie, 6, and Lilibet, 4, on the West Coast.
The decision — dubbed “Megxit” — remains controversial in the UK, with critics accusing the pair of abandoning their royal responsibilities. Harry has also fought unsuccessfully to maintain police protection for his family during visits to the UK, further complicating relations between the Sussexes and the establishment.
Vanderpump, 65, was born and raised in London before relocating to the United States with husband Ken Todd to expand their hospitality empire. The couple famously helmed Los Angeles hotspots including SUR, the centerpiece of Bravo’s hit series Vanderpump Rules.
Before her reality TV fame, Vanderpump enjoyed a comfortable upbringing in London and began ballet lessons at the age of three. She met Todd at his London nightclub, and they later moved to Los Angeles with their children in 2005 after selling their UK businesses.
Vanderpump became a household name in 2010 as one of the original stars of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, later launching Vanderpump Rules in 2013. She exited RHOBH in 2019 but remains a fan favorite — and, clearly, as unfiltered as ever.
