Meghan Trainor is pushing back against critics who have questioned her latest physical transformation, revealing she feels healthier than ever despite the online scrutiny.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday, the Grammy-winning singer said she’s been targeted by body shamers ever since revealing she lost 60 pounds — criticism she insists is unfounded.
“For the first time ever, after having babies, I’m taking care of my health to the highest level,” Trainor said. “I’ve never felt better and I look incredible.”
However, she added that her confidence has only fueled more negativity. “I feel great, and that’s when people attack me,” she said, noting that online comments have become “louder” and “meaner.” Still, the 31-year-old star remains unfazed. “I’m taking care of myself. I have to find a way to not be affected by that.”

Trainor explained that her lifestyle changes include going gluten- and dairy-free to address a leaky gut, along with a new focus on strength training. The shift has helped her feel more balanced and energetic — even if it’s drawn unwanted backlash.
The singer addresses her critics directly in her newly released single, “Still Don’t Care,” calling out those who once labeled her “too thick” and now say she’s “too thin.” In the song’s opening lines, she sings:
“You could say what you want, say I’m so hard to like / You could tear me apart, but I sleep well at night… Said I was too thick, then I got way too thin / And I try to stand out, but I wanna fit in.”

Earlier this year, Trainor surprised fans with her dramatic weight loss and later confirmed she had used the prescription drug Mounjaro (tirzepatide), a GLP-1 medication that has grown popular among celebrities. Around the same time, she also underwent a breast augmentation and lift following the birth and breastfeeding of her two sons with husband Daryl Sabara.
Since then, Trainor has proudly showcased her transformation at concerts, red carpet events, and televised appearances — even updating the lyrics to her breakout body-positive hit “All About That Bass.”
