Former adult film icon Jenna Jameson is opening up about her spiritual rebirth, revealing that she has traded fame and controversy for faith and purpose.
The 51-year-old star, once dubbed the “Queen of Porn,” says she is now fully devoted to her Christian faith and to helping others “find Jesus.”
Jameson shared the powerful message in an emotional Instagram video earlier this week, reflecting on the dramatic transformation her life has taken. “After decades of being known for my body and sin, getting baptized and helping others find Jesus too,” she wrote over the video, mouthing the words “switching sides” as she held up a cross necklace — a symbol of her new beginning.
In the post’s caption, she encouraged her followers to “crack the Bible,” assuring them they “won’t regret it.”
A Public Declaration of Faith
Speaking to The New York Post, Jameson said she feels a renewed sense of purpose in sharing her journey.
“I am being loud and proud about my walk with Jesus Christ,” she explained. “Proclaiming my love for him is opening so many people’s eyes to the fact that they are not irredeemable.”

Her message of redemption and resilience has resonated with many fans who have followed her tumultuous career and personal struggles.
From Adult Stardom to Spiritual Renewal
Jenna Jameson rose to global fame in the 1990s and early 2000s as one of the most recognizable figures in the adult entertainment industry. She retired from adult films in 2008, though she briefly returned as a webcam performer in 2013. Over the years, she faced numerous challenges, from public scrutiny to personal setbacks, before embarking on a new chapter grounded in spirituality.
Jameson’s faith journey has been deeply personal — and not without change. She converted to Judaism in 2015 while engaged to Israeli businessman Lior Bitton, but later left the faith. Now, she says Christianity has given her peace and purpose she had long been searching for.
In September, she reflected on that evolution in a heartfelt Instagram post, sharing a side-by-side comparison of herself at ages 18 and 51. “I’ve definitely been through a lot, but I’m thankful,” she wrote. “I’ve found my faith again and I’m so at peace. My belief in the Most High has led me to strength I never knew I had.”
Finding Peace and a New Purpose
Jameson’s renewed faith comes amid significant personal changes. Earlier this year, she separated from her wife, Jessi Lawless, and has since been linked to voice actor Mil R. Ocampo. Despite her relationship shifts, Jameson says her focus remains on her faith and her family.
She is the mother of 16-year-old twin sons, Journey and Jesse, whom she shares with UFC legend Tito Ortiz, and an 8-year-old daughter, Batel, from her previous relationship with Bitton.
Friends and fans have praised Jameson for her honesty and openness, noting that her latest posts reflect not only repentance but also resilience.
