Meghan Trainor turned heads and left fans speechless at the 2025 Baby2Baby Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday night, showcasing a dramatic new look that highlights her striking body transformation.
The “All About That Bass” singer, 33, arrived in a strapless Alin Le Kal white ballgown that exuded princess vibes, complete with matching elbow-length gloves and a sparkling diamond choker.
Social media erupted over the pop star’s appearance. “Who is this? seriously,” one fan wrote on X, while another simply posted, “Omg.”
Jokes about her new figure quickly surfaced, with one fan quipping, “Meghan went to the trainer.” Not all reactions were glowing, though, as some expressed surprise at her slimmer frame. “The same woman that said ‘I won’t be no stick figure silicone Barbie doll,’” one X user remarked. Another added, “Seeing her so skinny is so weird… I gotta get used to it.”

The transformation follows several personal changes for the Grammy winner. In March, Trainor revealed she had gotten breast implants and a lift after having two children, embracing a healthier lifestyle and significant weight loss.
She later shared that she and her husband, Daryl Sabara, were using the diabetes-turned-weight-loss medication Mounjaro as part of their wellness routine. “I’ve worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer, and yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my second pregnancy,” she told fans. “And I’m so glad I did because I feel great.”
The couple shares two sons, Riley, 4, and Barry, 2. Meghan’s transformation even made headlines during her May performance at iHeartRadio’s KIIS-FM Wango Tango, where she playfully updated the lyrics of her iconic body-positive hit, All About That Bass, joking, “Yeah, it’s pretty clear: I got some new boobs.”
