Summer Walker is leaning all the way into the luxury lover aesthetic for her next era. The R&B star officially unveiled the cover for her upcoming album Finally Over It on Wednesday (November 5), and fans are loving the bold, tongue-in-cheek concept.
The cover features Walker styled in the likeness of the late model and TV personality Anna Nicole Smith, posing beside an elderly man who strongly resembles Smith’s billionaire husband J. Howard Marshall. Smith famously married Marshall in 1994 when she was 26 and he was 89, sparking years of media attention, legal battles, and pop culture commentary.
The reference is unmistakable — and intentional.
Walker has been teasing the album for months, hinting at themes of luxury, independence, and being unapologetically self-serving. While speaking to Complex’s Speedy Morman on 360 With Speedy last month, she made her stance on love and dating very clear.
“I just don’t like them anymore,” she said bluntly, referring to men. “Y’all can provide. But to like them? I don’t know.”

And if the album cover didn’t drive the message home, Summer doubled down earlier this year at the 2025 Video Music Awards, showing up with an older gentleman as her date while dressed in a look inspired by ’90s bombshell Pamela Anderson.
The singer joked during the interview segment:
“When you go broke I will leave you, so figure it out.”
With Finally Over It, fans are expecting Summer to continue expressing her signature honesty — this time, wrapped in satire, glamour, and a clear sense of personal evolution.
