NFL star Travis Kelce has shared what he loves to eat at 1587 Prime, the new high-end steakhouse he co-owns with teammate Patrick Mahomes — and his choice is as rich and indulgent as his personality.
Speaking on the latest episode of his podcast New Heights with his brother Jason Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end gave fans a glimpse into his favorite dishes at the restaurant, which opened last month in Kansas City.
Jason revealed he’ll be visiting the steakhouse for the first time next week while covering the Chiefs’ Monday Night Football game against the Washington Commanders. Curious, he asked his brother what he should order.

Travis didn’t hesitate to recommend starting with lobster rolls, Hamachi, and the restaurant’s creative takes on cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets. For the main course, he said his go-to dish is the Japanese A5 New York strip steak served with black truffle butter and a side of truffle fettuccine — a luxurious meal that costs around $173.

Jason joked that he’s not usually a fan of butter-heavy meals but agreed to try his brother’s recommendation, saying, “I’ll do it because I love you.”
Since opening, 1587 Prime has quickly become one of Kansas City’s most talked-about dining spots. Travis and his girlfriend, pop superstar Taylor Swift, have already been seen enjoying several date nights there.
While it’s unclear what Taylor’s favorite dish is, fans are sure her signature cocktail — rumored to be on the menu .
