Victoria Beckham is spilling the tea on what really happens behind closed doors with her husband, David Beckham — and it turns out, even one of the world’s most glamorous couples has a few bedtime quirks.
In an interview with The Sun about her new Netflix docuseries, Victoria Beckham, the 51-year-old fashion icon revealed the one habit that keeps her up at night — David’s snoring.
“Yes, he’s obviously incredibly good looking, really smart, very successful. And he’s funny as well,” she gushed about her husband of 26 years. “But, here’s the thing: he snores.”
Victoria admitted she’s found a solution — though not a particularly stylish one. “I’m like, let me tell you, it ain’t for fun, those earplugs,” she joked. “What do you think I’m doing it for? It’s not to pull a look in bed. He might look like that, but breaking news, even my husband snores. I have to have the earplugs.”
The mother of four went on to reveal that her nighttime routine isn’t all about beauty sleep — it includes wearing an LED face mask, listening to podcasts with David, or watching their favorite TV shows together. But she also teased that her love for thriller novels has her husband sleeping a little less peacefully.

“And of course I read a lot of thrillers in bed,” she quipped, “so, you know, David Beckham had better sleep with one eye open…”
David, 50, was every bit the supportive husband at the London premiere of Victoria Beckham on Wednesday night. The former football superstar looked dapper in a black suit, while Victoria turned heads in an all-white ensemble.
Three of their four children — Romeo, 23, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 14 — attended the star-studded event. Their eldest son, Brooklyn, 26, was noticeably absent amid an ongoing family rift involving his wife, Nicola Peltz, 30.
Still, Victoria made sure to acknowledge her son during her speech. “My children: Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, Harper — and David — oh my God, he’s not a child!” she joked, drawing laughter from the audience.
Reflecting on her journey, the former Spice Girl shared, “It’s taken this process to really be proud of what I’ve achieved and to realize finally that I am enough. [Thank you to] my husband for convincing me and then forcing me, giving me no choice, David.”
Brooklyn, despite missing the premiere, will appear briefly in his mother’s docuseries — shown alongside Nicola at Victoria’s Spring/Summer 2025 Fashion Show in Paris, one of their few public family moments in recent months.
