Jack Osbourne has strongly responded to Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters after the musician dismissed the legacy of Jack’s late father, Ozzy Osbourne.
Jack, 39, called Waters a “pathetic and out of touch” figure in an angry post on Instagram Stories on Tuesday. This came after Waters, 81, said in an interview that he “didn’t care for” Ozzy’s music or his stage performances.
During an appearance on The Independent Ink last month, Waters claimed he had no interest in Black Sabbath and mocked Ozzy’s infamous onstage moment when he bit the head off a bat. “Ozzy Osbourne, who just died, bless him, in whatever state he was in his whole life… I don’t care about Black Sabbath, I never did,” Waters said.
The comments quickly reached Jack, who fired back online. “Hey @rogerwaters. F–k you. How pathetic and out of touch you’ve become. The only way you seem to get attention these days is by vomiting out bullsh– in the press,” Jack wrote. “My father always thought you were a c—t — thanks for proving him right,” he added.

Jack also posted again with the hashtag “#f—krogerwaters.”
His sister Kelly Osbourne has also recently defended their late father. She clashed with WWE star Becky Lynch on Instagram, calling her a “dirtbag” for comments she felt were disrespectful to Ozzy.
Ozzy Osbourne, the legendary Black Sabbath frontman, died on July 22 at the age of 76 after suffering a heart attack. He had been battling coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease.
Following his death, Jack paid tribute by sharing never-before-seen family photos. “He was so many things to so many people, but I was so lucky and blessed to be part of a very small group that got to call him ‘Dad,’” Jack wrote. “My heart is full of so much sadness and sorrow, but also so much love and gratitude. I got 14,501 days with that man and I know that is such a blessing.”
