Christine Brown’s honeymoon with husband David Woolley had a scenic start, but not without some bumps along the way.
During their trip to the Calanques National Forest in Southern France, the Sister Wives star shared her experience on Instagram, revealing that the boat ride was more challenging than expected due to seasickness.
“The views were absolutely stunning—truly something you have to see to believe,” Christine wrote on November 25, alongside a video of the excursion.
“I’ll admit, the boat ride wasn’t exactly smooth sailing for me (seasickness is no joke!).”
Despite the rough waters, Christine emphasized that the trip was still worth it. “Even so, it was worth it to experience something so unique and breathtaking.”
Christine, who shares six children with ex-husband Kody Brown, reflected on the experience as a reminder to embrace new adventures, even when they push you out of your comfort zone.
“It’s a good reminder that sometimes, stepping outside your comfort zone can lead to some pretty unforgettable memories.”
The honeymoon is just one of the many highlights of the couple’s European vacation, which has included visits to Barcelona, Spain, and Florence, Italy.
Christine expressed her admiration for both cities on social media, with special praise for Florence, calling it “breathtaking” and a dream destination she had longed to visit.
Christine’s romantic getaway marks an exciting new chapter following her split from Kody Brown in 2021.
“I feel like it’s nice to start over again in a new chapter,” she said about her marriage to David. “We’re also starting over in a new chapter.”
