Gleb Savchenko is no longer tiptoeing around his breakup with model Brooks Nader. After a week of speculation about their relationship status, the Dancing With the Stars pro has set the record straight, confirming that he was the one who ended things following their elimination from the ABC competition on October 15.
The news comes amidst rumors that the couple, who initially sparked a romance while dancing together, had rekindled their relationship after Gleb was spotted in a video that fans believed was filmed at Brooks’ home.
However, in a TikTok video on November 4, he clarified, “It’s not the same place,” responding to playful confrontations from fellow DWTS pros Ezra Soza and Rylee Arnold about the reconciliation rumors.
He pointed out the differences in their surroundings, stating, “Totally different house. Look, that plant—I’ve never seen that plant before.”
In a heartfelt moment, the 41-year-old addressed Brooks directly, saying to the camera, “Brooks, if you’re watching, I miss you.”
Rylee, however, didn’t let him off easily, teasing, “You were the one who texted her, Gleb!” to which he admitted, “I did.”
For her part, Brooks appears to be taking the breakup in stride.
The 28-year-old previously shared a TikTok with the caption, “When he’s breaking up with me but I never knew we were dating.”
Additionally, on October 27, she posted a video from a Halloween party featuring the Sex and the City audio clip, “There they were: our ex-boyfriends,” while zooming in on a blue box depicting a fake human head.
Throughout their time together on the show, Brooks maintained a lighthearted approach to their relationship, telling E! News in September, “We’re just having fun honestly, and you know, just living our life.”
With both Gleb and Brooks moving forward, it seems they are both focused on their personal journeys following their brief romance.
