Nkulululeko Dlamini: From Cyberbullying To Inspiration In Fitness

South African fitness influencer and “King of Squats” Nkulululeko Dlamini is making waves in Kenya, and his impressive physique has sparked discussions online. In a recent interview with Radio Maisha on September 19, Dlamini opened up about his experiences with cyberbullying, revealing that he faces more mockery from men than from women.

Despite the negativity, Dlamini finds motivation in the attention. He shared that some men have expressed shame over his transformation, saying, “I was not bad; I was having the body, but I was not like this. While you are squatting, the body changes.” He noted that the mocking often turns into a form of encouragement for him.

“Some guys imitate me on social media while mocking me, but it encourages me more. When they do that, they’re working out too,” he explained, emphasizing that even criticism can fuel his passion for fitness.

Dlamini, who is also a footballer, credits his love for the sport as the initial spark for his fitness journey. “I used to play football professionally,” he said. “There was a lot of politics in there, but I focused on my goal and turned to fitness, spending a lot of time in the gym.”

With a decade of commitment to his fitness journey, Dlamini reflects on how it has transformed his life. He continues to inspire others with his dedication and resilience.
