Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey Bieber were spotted showing affection during a lunch outing in Beverly Hills, California, just days after the model revealed her pregnancy with their son was unexpected.
The couple was seen leaving South Beverly Grill on Friday, walking closely together as Justin held onto Hailey’s waist while they strolled down the street.
Justin, 32, kept his look casual, wearing jean shorts, slippers, a green hoodie and sunglasses. Hailey, 29, opted for a black knit sweater paired with a matching skirt and black leather mules.
Their public outing comes shortly after Hailey opened up about her pregnancy journey during an appearance on the She MD podcast earlier this week.
The Rhode founder revealed that doctors had previously warned she might face challenges conceiving due to a septum in her uterus. Speaking with podcast hosts Mary Alice Haney and her doctor Thaïs Aliabadi, Hailey said she had been advised to undergo a minor procedure before trying to start a family.
“I had a septum in my uterus, and Dr. Aliabadi kept saying, ‘Well, we need to look at this and keep an eye on it before you get pregnant because it could potentially be an issue,’” she explained.
Hailey said she had not been planning to get pregnant at the time and intended to address the issue later.
“I was like, ‘Okay. Well, I’m not thinking about getting pregnant right now, so we’ll just cross that bridge when we get there.’ And then I magically got pregnant,” she said. “It was a surprise.”
Aliabadi recalled her reaction to the news, saying she initially struggled to believe it.
“She’s like, ‘I’m pregnant!’ And I’m like, ‘No!’” the doctor joked.
Despite earlier concerns, Hailey said her pregnancy progressed smoothly as her body adapted. “Everything was opening and doing what it needed to do, luckily,” she said.
The couple welcomed their first child, son Jack, in August 2024. Since then, the pair have largely kept their son out of the public eye, choosing not to share his face on social media.
During the podcast, Aliabadi also praised Hailey for her dedication to motherhood, calling her “an amazing mom.”
Hailey said becoming a mother had always been part of her dream.
“I always wanted to be a mom,” she said. “I was grabbing people’s babies, burping them. I always felt like a little mom and always wanted to be a mom.”
