Kourtney Kardashian has officially decided to quit Botox for good. On Thursday’s episode of The Kardashians, the 46-year-old reality star revealed she will “never” get the wrinkle-relaxing injections again.
Though she experimented with Botox in the past, Kourtney shared it’s been years since her last treatment. Her decision, however, isn’t just about aging naturally—it’s tied to her spiritual beliefs.
“I haven’t got Botox in four years to keep my third eye open,” Kourtney explained to her sisters, adding that avoiding injections has improved her “intuition.” Kim Kardashian, amused and slightly confused, asked, “Why are you looking at me when you say this?” Kourtney remained firm, reiterating, “I’ll never get it again.”

Kim, who recently had Botox herself, joked, “Good for you,” highlighting the contrasting beauty approaches within the family. Kourtney’s decision is particularly distinct from mother Kris Jenner’s lighthearted admission that much of her face is enhanced, quipping, “[My nose is] probably the only thing on my face that is real.”
Kourtney is not alone in choosing a more natural path. Recently, stars like Kate Winslet and Kylie Kelce have spoken out about embracing their natural looks and rejecting injectables. On the other side, celebrities such as Candace Cameron Bure and Amanda Seyfried continue to support Botox and cosmetic treatments.
