Phoebe Gates is officially in love again.
The 23-year-old entrepreneur and founder of fashion-tech platform Phia has confirmed her new romance, going Instagram official with her high school sweetheart Chaz Flynn on Monday. The announcement comes months after she revealed her split from Arthur Donald, the grandson of music legend Paul McCartney.
In the photo shared on her Instagram page, Phoebe is seen holding Flynn close as he smiles at the camera, martini in hand. The couple appeared stylish and polished, both dressed in formal attire for what seemed to be a special occasion. Phoebe kept the caption simple, posting only a red heart emoji.
Phoebe later confirmed to People that she has known Flynn since they were 15 years old, and that the two first dated while attending high school in Seattle.

Earlier this year, Phoebe hinted at the rekindled romance during an episode of “The Burnouts,” the podcast she co-hosts with Sophia Kianni. While she didn’t name Flynn at the time, she praised her partner’s low profile, saying his absence from social media was “amazing” and “the best thing ever.”
“This is completely new for me,” she said. “I’ve never been with someone like this.”
Phoebe also shared that she enjoys showing Flynn the creative videos she produces for her brand, describing how the two bond over her work and ideas.
The relationship marks a new chapter for Phoebe following her romance with Arthur Donald, which began in 2023. The pair kept their relationship largely private, though Phoebe confirmed it publicly on Instagram later that year and again after graduating from Stanford University in 2024.
