Ciara and NFL star Russell Wilson are officially closing the chapter on their Southern California life—and in style.
The power couple has listed their sprawling Rancho Santa Fe estate for $54.9 million, which, if sold at asking price, would set a record as the most expensive home sale in San Diego County, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The Mediterranean-style estate, dubbed Amor Estate, spans nearly nine acres in a private gated community near the Del Mar Country Club. Wilson and Ciara purchased the property in 2021 for $14.5 million and spent the years since completely reimagining it, transforming it into a roughly 30,000-square-foot compound that marries luxury, athletic training, and creative living.
The main house features seven bedrooms, a grand central entry with soaring ceilings, and multiple entertainment spaces, including oversized living areas, covered outdoor walkways, and a club-like billiards and game lounge with a full bar. The primary suite is described as a private sanctuary, complete with a fireplace, glass-front walk-in closets, and a dedicated glam room.

The estate also caters to Wilson’s athletic lifestyle. A former equestrian arena was converted into a private football field, and the property boasts a sports court, sprawling lawns, and multiple outdoor recreation areas.
Listing agent Brian Guiltinan of The Guiltinan Group called the home a perfect blend of high-end living, athletic functionality, and luxury entertainment space, reflecting the couple’s unique lifestyle.
