Big Time Rush singer Logan Henderson was rushed to the hospital on Thursday after slicing open his knee during a high-energy performance in Krakow, Poland.
The 36-year-old pop star injured himself while sliding down a set piece alongside bandmates James Maslow, Carlos PenaVega and Kendall Schmidt during their hit song “Love Me Love Me,” according to TMZ. As the crowd reacted in shock, PenaVega quickly reassured fans that Henderson would be all right.
Henderson later addressed the incident on Instagram Stories, sharing a graphic photo of the deep gash on his knee and updating followers from his hospital bed.
“Hey, Krakow, thank you for a great show,” he said in a video message. “Sorry I couldn’t stay to finish — I was having a little too much fun. I hit my knee pretty bad and had to get taken to the emergency room.”
He added that doctors were already treating the injury. “They’re fixing me up, so I should be better in no time,” he said, warning those with a “weak stomach” to look away before showing the bloody wound. “Thanks for tonight. Love you guys, and I’m doing all right.”
The group is currently in the middle of the European leg of their Real Life Worldwide Tour, which kicked off in July. Earlier this week, Henderson shared footage from their stop in Germany, celebrating that their “European Tour is rocking!!!”

The singer recently marked his 36th birthday in September, posting a reflective message on social media alongside a carousel of photos. “I thank God for this life and all the people in it who make it so special,” he wrote. “It’s been a wild ride. Thanks for the wishes. Love the bunch of ya.”
Henderson’s injury is the latest in a string of onstage mishaps making headlines this year. In July, Post Malone suffered a dramatic fall during a concert in Glendale, Arizona, while Lady Gaga took a hard tumble during a Las Vegas performance.
