Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Allegedly Assaulted Producer After Masturbating on Biggie Smalls’ Shirt: Report

Sean “Diddy” Combs is now facing another wave of disturbing allegations just weeks after being sentenced to 50 months in federal prison.

A newly surfaced police incident report claims made by a music producer who alleges he was sexually assaulted by Combs in 2020 during a project linked to the late rapper Notorious B.I.G.

The report was filed on September 20 with police in Largo, Florida, in coordination with the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department.

The alleged victim is the same individual behind a civil lawsuit filed in July. He claims that during a visit to a warehouse containing Biggie’s archived clothing, Combs behaved in a sexually aggressive manner before allegedly coercing him into a sexual act.

According to the report, Combs was handling pieces of Biggie’s clothing when the incident occurred, and allegedly punctuated the act by saying, “Rest in peace, BIG.”

The victim also claims he was invited to what he believed would be a private music session but instead found himself pressured to take drugs and led into an environment where he felt unsafe.

The report alleges that Combs masturbated in front of him and demanded he perform a sexual act. The victim says Combs later laughed and threw a soiled shirt at him.

The accusations extend further. The victim claims that months after the first incident, he was lured to a meeting in Los Angeles under the premise of resolving tension with collaborators.

Once there, he says he was restrained and again sexually assaulted, this time while being berated and accused of being a “snitch.” He claims he recognized Combs’ voice and shoes during the alleged attack. The report states that Combs did not ejaculate and left the room shortly after.

The victim says the experience left him traumatized and struggling with depression. He alleges that after the incidents, others in the music circle attempted to discredit him and threaten legal retaliation.

Police in Florida confirmed they recorded the report on behalf of authorities in Los Angeles, where an investigation is believed to be ongoing. The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department has not commented on the new claims. The allegations come as Combs continues to face a flood of civil lawsuits — now more than 50 — accusing him of abuse, coercion, and violence spanning decades. Combs’ legal team declined to comment on the latest police report.

Combs is currently housed at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, a low-security federal prison where he is eligible to participate in substance abuse programs.

His projected release date is May 8, 2028, though good behavior could shorten his time behind bars. His legal team has already filed notice of appeal, and a hearing tied to the civil lawsuit is scheduled in Beverly Hills on December 3.
