Reality TV star Kim Zolciak has reportedly moved on with a new man — and he’s already making headlines. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum is dating successful entrepreneur Kyle Mowitz, who is currently going through a high-profile divorce.
Zolciak, 47, was spotted outside Mowitz’s Georgia home on October 18 after what appeared to be a sleepover, according to photos obtained by Page Six. The two looked relaxed together, with Zolciak dressed casually in a black crop top, sweatpants, and eyeglasses.
Who is Kyle Mowitz?
Mowitz is a 44-year-old businessman and investor. He graduated from Florida State University’s College of Business in 2003 with a degree in real estate and finance. Alongside his brother Justin, he donated $100,000 to the university to establish the Mowitz Family Endowment for Excellence in Real Estate.
“We are very pleased to be in the position to make this gift,” Mowitz said in a past interview, crediting his education and alumni network for shaping his success.
He is the co-founder and managing partner of Imperium Companies and Imperium Blue Management, with offices in Fort Lauderdale and Atlanta. Together, the companies oversee an estimated $3 billion in total assets, while Mowitz’s family office reportedly manages over $4.5 billion through various portfolio companies and investment platforms.
According to his company profile, Mowitz oversees Imperium Blue’s structuring, acquisition, and financing activities both in the U.S. and abroad. He also sits on the boards of two medical research firms — PleoPharma and Synaps DX — which focus on developing treatments for neurological disorders and substance abuse.
Divorce and Legal Battle
Despite his professional success, Mowitz is currently embroiled in a heated $100,000 divorce from his estranged wife, Jillian Green, with whom he shares two young children. Court documents obtained by Us Weekly reveal that Green has accused Mowitz of concealing his true income, claiming he controls a trust worth over $100 million.

The drama took a new turn in September when Zolciak was served with a subpoena from Green’s legal team. She was asked to provide all documents relating to her “financial relationship” with Mowitz — including gifts, money transfers, travel records, and communications.
Zolciak’s lawyers have since opposed the request, calling it “unreasonable, oppressive and intended to annoy and embarrass her.”
Kroy Biermann’s Involvement
Adding another twist, Green alleged in a previous deposition that Zolciak’s ex-husband, former NFL player Kroy Biermann, warned her that the reality star would “drain” Mowitz financially — a claim Biermann has made before amid his and Zolciak’s own contentious divorce.
Zolciak and Biermann were married for nearly 11 years before their split in 2023. The two share four biological children, and Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s two older daughters from a previous relationship.
Sources told TMZ that Zolciak and Mowitz have been dating since spring 2025 and that their relationship has become “super serious.” Mowitz has reportedly already met several of Zolciak’s six children.
