Taylor Swift Announces New ‘Eras Tour’ Docuseries and Concert Film Ahead of Disney+ Release

Pop superstar Taylor Swift is set to give fans an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at her record-breaking Eras Tour through a new six-part docuseries and concert film. The exciting announcement was made on Monday morning during Good Morning America.

The docuseries, titled “Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The End of an Era”, and the concert film, “Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The Final Show,” will premiere on Disney+ on December 12.

According to the announcement, the docuseries will feature never-before-seen footage of Taylor’s personal moments with her family, close friends, and tour collaborators, including Gracie Abrams, Sabrina Carpenter, Ed Sheeran, and Florence Welch. It promises to capture the emotional highs and creative energy that defined one of the most successful tours in music history.

The concert film will showcase Taylor’s final tour performance in Vancouver, Canada, which includes songs from her “The Tortured Poets Department” era — a new addition that fans have been eager to see live.

Swift had previously released The Eras Tour movie in theaters last year, which became a global box office success. However, that version came before the release of The Tortured Poets Department and did not include any of its songs.

Notably, the new project was announced on October 13 — a number that holds special significance for Swift and her fans, often regarded as her lucky number.

Meanwhile, the 35-year-old singer brought her signature charm to Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday night as she cheered for her fiancé, Travis Kelce, during the Kansas City Chiefs’ game against the Detroit Lions.

Swift was seen laughing and chatting with WNBA star Caitlin Clark inside her private suite in Kansas City, Missouri. The two shared warm moments throughout the game, with cameras capturing their lighthearted exchanges.

Before kickoff, Swift greeted Kelce’s father, Ed Kelce, with a friendly hug. Ed proudly wore a shirt bearing his son’s jersey number as a show of support for the Chiefs tight end.

Dressed in a black Chiefs jersey and sporting a silver manicure, the “Opalite” hitmaker showcased her classic gameday glam look. Clark, who plays for the Indiana Fever and is an outspoken fan of Swift, has become a familiar face in the pop star’s circle after they first bonded at a Chiefs game in January.
