Former U.S. President Donald Trump and his wife Melania are in the United Kingdom for a high-profile meeting with the British Royal Family at Windsor Castle.
The couple arrived on Wednesday by helicopter and were welcomed by Prince William and Princess Kate at the Walled Garden. They were later escorted to Victoria House for a meeting with King Charles III and Queen Camilla.
This was the first time Trump met King Charles since he ascended to the throne. Queen Camilla, who has been unwell with acute sinusitis, attended the meeting.

The Trumps enjoyed royal honors, including a carriage procession with members of the Royal Family, followed by lunch at the State Dining Room. The couple is also scheduled to privately visit the tomb of Queen Elizabeth II before attending a military Beating Retreat ceremony.
The day’s events will conclude with a state banquet hosted by King Charles, where he is expected to deliver a speech in honor of the guests.
However, Trump’s visit has not been without controversy. On Tuesday night, images of Trump alongside the late financier Jeffrey Epstein were projected onto Windsor Castle, an incident that led to four arrests.
