After a monumental two-year journey across five continents, Taylor Swift has officially wrapped up The Eras Tour.
Following her record-breaking 149-show run, the 34-year-old pop icon shared a touching farewell on Instagram on Dec. 11, posting a carousel of backstage and onstage moments featuring her dancers, Gracie Abrams, and the entire crew.
Quoting lyrics from her fan-favorite song “All Too Well,” she captioned the post with a simple but emotional message: “It was rare. I was there. I remember it.”
Swift’s understated social media post was complemented by a grander gesture behind the scenes.
Over the course of the tour, she distributed an astounding $197 million in bonuses to her entire crew, including dancers, band members, truck drivers, caterers, merch teams, security personnel, and production staff.
According to her event production company, Taylor Swift Touring, the tour generated more than $2 billion in ticket sales (excluding merchandise and resales), making the bonuses nearly 10 percent of total ticket revenue—a testament to Swift’s generosity and appreciation for her team’s dedication.
Swift’s boyfriend, NFL star Travis Kelce, also applauded the entire production team during the Dec. 11 episode of his podcast New Heights, co-hosted with his brother Jason Kelce.
“Shoutout to everybody that was a part of that show,” Travis said.
“Obviously, it’s her music, her tour and everything, but that was a full production, man. It was the best tour in the world because of a lot of people.”
He added a sweet note acknowledging his partner’s central role: “And mostly because of Taylor.”
With The Eras Tour officially in the history books, Swift’s legacy as one of the most iconic touring artists of all time is undeniable—and her crew’s glowing tributes only reinforce that fact.
