Bishop Muthee Kiengei and his ex-wife, Keziah Wa Kariuki, are celebrating a special milestone in their daughter Orpah’s life as she turns 10 years old. Despite their separation, the two have successfully co-parented and maintained a strong relationship when it comes to raising their daughter.
Both parents showered Orpah with love and admiration on her birthday, expressing their pride and gratitude for the young girl she is becoming. Keziah, in her touching tribute, celebrated Orpah as a “beautiful flower from Jehova’s garden,” thanking God for bringing her this far. She expressed her love and admiration for Orpah’s ambition, calling her “the most beautiful soul” she’s ever met.
In a light-hearted gesture, Keziah also tagged Bishop Kiengei, playfully asking him to throw a birthday party for Orpah and inviting his current wife, Rev. Joy Benson, and their children Arsene and baby June to join the celebration.
Bishop Kiengei was quick to respond, agreeing to host the birthday party and sharing his own emotional message for Orpah. In a Facebook post on September 18, he described Orpah as their “pride” and thanked God for the joy she brings to their lives. He expressed his wishes for her continued growth, health, and protection under God’s grace.
“10 years of excellence and grace. Since you came into this world, a lot has happened, but the best thing that happened to us is you. As you turn a new page, I wish you good health, grace, and favour,” Kiengei wrote. He went on to bless his daughter, praying for divine protection over her life and success in all her future endeavors.
The blended family, which includes Bishop Kiengei, Keziah, Rev. Joy Benson, and their children, came together to celebrate Orpah, reflecting the love and unity they share for their daughter.
The birthday celebration promises to be a joyful gathering as the family looks forward to “munching cake” together over the weekend.
