The reunion follows their recent return to Kenya from separate trips, with Vera coming back from Dubai and Shakilla from South Africa. Both celebrities used the occasion to bury the hatchet and make peace. Shakilla welcomed Vera on Snapchat, sharing a playful message: “Welcome back boo,” accompanied by laughing and heart emojis.
Videos of the two dancing and celebrating at the club circulated online, and Shakilla hinted that Vera had offered an apology for their past disagreements. “Guess who finally apologized to me,” Shakilla posted, adding humorously, “B**be tough on the internet and so soft in real life.” Despite arriving late to the event, Shakilla accepted the apology, signaling a fresh start in their relationship.
Earlier, Vera hosted an event in Eldoret on September 10, where she was greeted with enthusiasm from fans as she showcased a bold red outfit. The socialites’ newfound friendship has certainly caught the attention of their followers, signaling an end to their public rivalry.
