Her grief has profoundly shaken her faith, leaving her struggling to pray and questioning the existence of God. She wrote, “Mungu sitakutusi but my faith imeenda kabisa. I can’t even pray. You knew very well what kind of pain it will cause me na ukaacha ihappen. nimepoteza loved one’s ata mum but sijai skia uchungu hivi.” (God, I’m not cursing you, but my faith is completely gone. I can’t even pray. You knew very well the kind of pain this would cause me and still allowed it to happen. I’ve lost loved ones before, even my mother, but I have never felt pain like this.)
Wambo’s raw and heart-wrenching posts have garnered support from friends, family, and fans during this extremely difficult time.
SIDS and the Tragic Loss
In her emotional posts, Wambo revealed that Baby Faizah’s death was attributed to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). She had been meticulous about ensuring Faizah’s sleep safety, even researching preventive measures. Wambo shared, “I was always cautious hadi kugoogle vile unafaa kulala na vile nafaa kufanya kuzuia SIDS…” (I was always cautious, even googling how to sleep and what to do to prevent SIDS…).
The night before Faizah’s passing, everything seemed normal, and they had a peaceful night’s sleep until noon the next day. The suddenness of her death has left Wambo traumatized and heartbroken.
