Kristin Cavallari is getting real about her views on plastic surgery, and her candid remarks are sparking a lively conversation online. In a recent Instagram story, the Laguna Beach star shared her stance on Botox and other cosmetic procedures, leaving no room for ambiguity.
“I don’t care what anybody says, injecting something into your face to freeze your muscles cannot be good for you,” Kristin declared on September 11. “But if you want to get it, get it.” Her no-nonsense attitude about Botox has made waves among her social media followers, with some questioning the consistency of her stance given her own cosmetic enhancements.
Addressing the controversy, Kristin clarified her position on her past decisions. “This is NOT to defend me getting my boobs done, but I did 8 years ago,” she confessed in her Instagram story. “I’ve taken my health up a notch and even thought about taking them out. Sometimes I wonder if my decision would be different today. Just is what it is.”
The 37-year-old reality star and mother of three, Camden, 12, Jaxon, 10, and Saylor, 8, with ex-husband Jay Cutler, shared that her views on plastic surgery have evolved. “I was completely against plastic surgery before I breastfed all 3 kids and my boobs were… not great,” she admitted. “I’m not a proponent of plastic surgery, but I won’t lie to you—getting my boobs done was one of the best things I’ve done for myself.”
Kristin previously revealed in June 2024 that she had undergone breast implants and a lift, dispelling false rumors about a tummy tuck. “I had my boobs done twice,” she explained on her Let’s Be Honest podcast. “After breastfeeding Jaxon, I got them done, and then after Saylor, I redid them because they looked awful again.”
Despite the buzz, Kristin remains unapologetically transparent about her choices. “I said in an interview YEARS ago that I had a lift, but I never once denied implants,” she noted. As for the tummy tuck rumors, she took them in stride. “Gonna take that as a compliment,” she quipped. “I wish it was nice and tight when I was sitting too.”
Kristin Cavallari’s openness about her cosmetic procedures and her critical take on Botox prove she’s not afraid to speak her mind—no matter where the conversation leads.
