Gucci Mane has announced the launch of his new record label, So Icy Millionaires, and is ready to sign his first two artists.
In a video shared on Instagram, Gucci Mane, who previously signed talent under his 1017 label, showcased stacks of cash, revealing his intention to invest $1 million each in a new male and female artist.
“That’s what I’m willing to invest in my next superstar ’cause I’m starting a whole new label. Fresh! So Icy Millionaires,” Gucci Mane stated in the video.
He invited aspiring artists to join his label, emphasizing his search for the next big male superstar. The video also featured his wife, Keyshia Ka’Oir, counting the same amount of money, indicating that Gucci Mane is equally interested in signing a female artist.

This new venture follows Gucci Mane’s previous experience with his 1017 imprint, which faced challenges as several signed artists, including Pooh Shiesty, Foogiano, and Hoodrich Pablo Juan, encountered legal issues. Tragically, Enchanting, another artist under 1017, passed away at 26 due to a drug overdose.
Last year, Joe Budden, a rapper-turned-podcaster, criticized Gucci Mane for signing artists with extensive criminal backgrounds, questioning the risks involved.
Gucci Mane defended his approach, calling Budden’s remarks “unfair” but acknowledged that everyone is entitled to their opinion. Despite the criticism, Gucci Mane remains committed to giving artists a chance to succeed.
So Icy Millionaires represents Gucci Mane’s fresh start in the music industry, aiming to discover and nurture new talent with significant financial backing.
