A former adult film star has filed a lawsuit against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, claiming he groomed her into engaging in sexual activities with guests at his parties, including prominent jeweler Jacob Arabov, known as “Jacob the Jeweler.”
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Adria English, who previously worked in the adult film industry under the name Omunique, alleges that her involvement with Diddy began when she was hired as a go-go dancer at a Labor Day weekend party he hosted in the Hamptons in 2004.
English took the job to help her boyfriend secure a modeling gig for Diddy’s fashion line, Sean John.
The lawsuit claims that English’s boyfriend and another model were told they would get the job if they performed oral sex on Diddy, but the boyfriend refused.
An associate of Diddy then suggested that English could secure the opportunity by working at another of Diddy’s parties.
English alleges that during her time working at Diddy’s events, she was encouraged to flirt with guests and consume drinks laced with narcotics, including ecstasy.
The suit claims that this behavior escalated into grooming her for sex trafficking. One particular incident cited in the lawsuit involves “forced sexual intercourse” with Jacob the Jeweler, supported by a photo of the two together after the encounter.
Following this incident, English alleges that Diddy congratulated her for complying with his order and paid her an additional $1,000. She claims that over time, she was “passed off” to various guests at Diddy’s parties, with Tamiko Thomas allegedly acting as a mediator in the purported sex trafficking operation.
The lawsuit also alleges that Diddy promised to advance English’s music career but threatened to blackball her if she did not fulfill his demands. English claims she has suffered emotional trauma and intimacy issues since her association with Diddy ended in 2009.
English is seeking an unspecified amount in damages, citing substantial emotional distress and other lasting impacts from her experiences.
Representatives for Diddy have yet to comment on the lawsuit.
